Salman Akhtar is an accomplished professional with vast experience working globally. As the Director of KARIMS, Salman is a seasoned EMS (Emergency Medical Services) Practitioner and OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) Consultant with a proven track record of success.
Salman’s extensive experience in EMS and OHS has given him a deep understanding of the complex challenges facing businesses and organizations today. His knowledge and expertise are highly sought-after, and he is known for his ability to develop innovative solutions that enable businesses to meet their environmental, health, and safety goals.
As an EMS Practitioner, Salman keenly understands the importance of emergency medical services and their critical role in protecting and saving lives. He is committed to helping businesses and organizations develop effective emergency response plans and procedures that ensure the safety of their employees and customers.
As an OHS Consultant, Salman is passionate about promoting safe working practices and creating healthy work environments. He works closely with organizations to develop effective health and safety policies and procedures and is committed to ensuring that businesses comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

Administrative Manager
Meet Hina Wizarat, a highly skilled and experienced professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the KARIMS team. Hina is a Dietitian, Nutritionist, and Diabetes Educator in India with a passion for promoting healthy living and well-being through proper nutrition and lifestyle management.
At KARIMS, Hina serves as an Administrative Manager, where she is responsible for ensuring that the organization runs smoothly and efficiently. In addition to her administrative duties, Hina is also a certified BLS (Basic Life Support) instructor for the Heart and Stroke Foundation Canada, highlighting her dedication to emergency medical response and promoting the highest standards of care.
While working at KARIMS, Hina is also pursuing her Registered Dietitian license in Canada, demonstrating her commitment to expanding her knowledge and expertise in the field of nutrition and healthcare. As she works towards obtaining her license, Hina is deepening her understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals and communities in Canada and how proper nutrition and lifestyle management can help to promote optimal health

Dr. RAJ HATHIRAMANI
Mental Health Practitioner
Dr. Raj Hathiramani is a highly experienced and qualified mental health practitioner who has worked extensively with indigenous communities in Canada. Dr. MOHSIN RAZA
Consultant General Surgeon
Dr. Raza is a highly experienced consultant general surgeon with over 50 years of experience serving at Royal Hospitals in the Middle East. Although Dr. Raza is based in India and is not authorized to practice surgery or medicine in Canada, he provides a unique and valuable service as a second opinion consultant for surgical conditions.
Dr. Raza’s extensive experience and expertise in the field of surgery make him an excellent resource for patients seeking a second opinion. While he cannot provide medical treatment in Canada, his knowledge and expertise can be invaluable in helping patients make informed decisions about their care and treatment options.
In addition to his work as a consultant general surgeon, Dr. Raza has also played a critical role in raising awareness about cancers, particularly breast cancer, among Indian women.
